Qwiki’s unique combination of Art & Science relies on the seamless partnership between our strong engineering and product teams. We are thrilled to announce a key addition to our management team that will provide leadership and integration across the entire organization:
Navin Thukkaram, Chief Operating Officer
Navin joins Qwiki as COO and will be leading its finance, legal and business development departments. Formerly, Navin was a Director at Vulcan Capital Private Equity, the Seattle-based investment firm of Microsoft co-founder, Paul G. Allen. Previously, he was at Lazard, the global investment bank.
Navin sits on the Advisory Board of the Center for Strategic & International Studies, and is the benefactor of the Thukkaram ’03 Fellowship at Harvard Business School. Navin holds a BSE from Princeton and an MBA from Harvard.
Navin has been a key Qwiki investor and advisor since the very beginning. We are excited that he has chosen to leverage his substantial experience to accelerate Qwiki’s growth.
As we proudly welcome new management to the company, we also wish the best to Qwiki co-founder Louis Monier in his transition to Chief Scientist at Proximic. Louis remains a trusted advisor and lifelong Qwiki friend.
These past weeks have seen nonstop action at the Qwiki office. In addition to Navin, Qwiki also welcomes new hires Paul Holden, former Apple engineer, and Tommy Chheng, former Quid engineer, to our worldclass team.
We look forward to working with Navin, Paul and Tommy as Qwiki enters the next stage of aggressive growth and product development.
